There are days when building a dream feels impossible.
You have the vision. You have the desire. You can almost feel the life you want calling your name. Yet the path between where you are and where you want to be seems so long, so uncertain, that sometimes you want to throw your hands in the air and give up.
Lately, I have been reflecting on what it truly means to have faith.
Not faith when everything is working out.
Not faith when the money is in the bank.
Not faith when the doors are already open.
I’m talking about the kind of faith that requires you to keep moving when you cannot see the outcome.
The kind of faith that feels like free-falling through the darkness of creation, not knowing where you will land.
And that, my friends, takes bravery.
It takes patience.
It takes self-compassion.
Most importantly, it takes trust.
The Bible tells us that God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light. Creation happened through intention, belief, and divine power. God made it seem so simple. Yet as beings created in His image, many of us struggle to bring our own desires into existence.
Why is manifesting so difficult?

What Holds Us Back?
Manifestation is often misunderstood. Many people believe it is simply wishing for something and waiting for it to arrive. In reality, manifestation requires alignment between your thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and actions.
The truth is that most of us are carrying hidden blocks that prevent us from receiving what we desire.
Some of the most common obstacles include:
1. Fear of Failure
We worry about what will happen if we try and don’t succeed. Fear convinces us that staying where we are is safer than taking a chance.
2. Fear of Success
Surprisingly, many people fear what success will require of them. Greater visibility, responsibility, and change can feel overwhelming.
3. Limiting Beliefs
Deep down, some of us believe:
- I am not worthy.
- I don’t deserve abundance.
- People like me don’t get opportunities.
- It’s too late for me.
These beliefs quietly shape our reality.
4. Lack of Patience
We live in a world that wants instant results. When manifestations don’t arrive quickly, many people abandon their dreams too soon.
5. Negative Self-Talk
The conversations we have with ourselves create powerful energetic patterns. If you constantly criticize yourself, you are planting seeds of doubt instead of confidence.
6. Unhealed Wounds
Past disappointments, betrayals, and failures can make it difficult to trust the process of creation.
7. Waiting for Permission
Many people wait for someone else to tell them they are ready. The truth is that no one can give you permission to become who you were meant to be.

Is Manifestation a Daily Practice?
Absolutely.
Manifestation is not a one-time event. It is a daily relationship with your vision.
Every day you are either moving closer to your dreams or further away from them through your thoughts, choices, and actions.
Manifestation is:
- Choosing faith over fear.
- Choosing gratitude over lack.
- Choosing action over procrastination.
- Choosing possibility over limitation.
The energy you consistently embody becomes the life you create.
Manifestation Tools That Can Help
There are many tools that can support your manifestation journey:
Journaling
Write about your dreams as if they are already unfolding.
Prayer
Speak honestly with God about your desires and ask for guidance.
Meditation
Create space to hear divine wisdom and quiet mental chatter.
Vision Boards
Give your dreams a visual representation.
Affirmations
Replace limiting beliefs with empowering truths.
Examples:
- I am worthy of abundance.
- Opportunities are flowing toward me.
- I trust divine timing.
- I have everything within me to succeed.
Spiritual Baths
Spiritual baths can help clear stagnant energy, release emotional blocks, and create space for new opportunities to enter your life.
Sound Healing
Sound baths help calm the nervous system and restore energetic balance, making it easier to remain aligned with your intentions.
What If Your Dream Requires Money?
This is one of the biggest concerns people face.
Many dreams require resources. Businesses need startup funds. Classes cost money. Equipment costs money. Travel costs money.
But lacking money today does not mean your dream is impossible.
Too often people stop dreaming because they focus on what they don’t have instead of what they do have.
Ask yourself:
- What can I do today with the resources available to me?
- What skills can I develop right now?
- What connections can I make?
- What small step can I take this week?
Many successful businesses began with very little money but an abundance of determination.
Money is a tool.
Faith is the fuel.
Action is the bridge between them.
How Do You Keep Pushing Forward?
You remember your “why.”
You remember the reason the dream was planted in your heart in the first place.
You stop measuring your progress against everyone else’s timeline.
You celebrate small victories.
You give yourself grace when things don’t go as planned.
And most importantly, you understand that setbacks are not signs to quit. They are invitations to grow.
How Do You Take Action?
Start before you feel ready.
Most people wait for confidence before taking action. In reality, confidence is created through action.
Take one step.
Then another.
And another.
Make the phone call.
Launch the website.
Attend the class.
Write the business plan.
Create the product.
Share your gift.
The path reveals itself as you walk it.
Final Thoughts
Faithing something into existence is not easy.
It requires trusting what you cannot yet see.
It requires believing when evidence is limited.
It requires courage when fear is loud.
But every great creation began as an idea. Every successful journey began with a first step. Every manifestation began as a vision held in someone’s heart.
Perhaps the dream you keep thinking about isn’t random.
Perhaps God placed it there for a reason.
So keep going.
Keep believing.
Keep creating.
The light you are seeking may already be forming in places you cannot yet see.
